Eating Disorders and Anxiety
How do you feel about your relationship with food? Do you think it's a healthy one? Or do you feel like it's out of control spiraling downward? Do you eat too much junk food? Do you have a hard time stopping eating sweets? Do you think you're addicted to chocolate? Do you feel like you just can't stop eating? Is eating always on your mind and you're spending a lot of your money to get it? So what are you going to do about it? Are you aware that you can change this "lifestyle" you're in? This is possible, but you have to take a stand and make the decision that you will do all that you can to change your habits. You won't be the first to do so- hundreds of people made that choice, and with compassionate care and counseling, you can become the beautiful or handsome person created you to be.
